Service

VyomaVeda provides Vedic astrology chart calculation, reflective readings, daily guidance, PDFs, saved archives, and Vyoma Chat. The service is designed for meaning-making, self-understanding, timing awareness, and personal reflection. By using VyomaVeda, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be old enough to use online services in your jurisdiction. If you use VyomaVeda on behalf of someone else, you are responsible for having permission to submit and process their personal information.

Not Professional Advice

VyomaVeda is not a medical, mental health, legal, financial, immigration, safety, emergency, or crisis-support service. Do not rely on the service as a substitute for qualified professional advice, treatment, counseling, legal representation, financial planning, or emergency assistance.

If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or an appropriate crisis support line.

Limits Of Astrology And AI

• Birth times can be uncertain. Fine divisional chart interpretations may change when birth time is approximate, rounded, or incorrect.
• Astrological readings are interpretive and symbolic. They do not guarantee events, outcomes, compatibility, marriage, career success, health, money, immigration status, or safety.
• AI-assisted writing can be incomplete or wrong. VyomaVeda uses guardrails and chart evidence, but you should treat outputs as reflective guidance rather than fact, instruction, or professional advice.
• Daily readings, chat continuity, memory, and archive features may depend on account status, deployment configuration, and backend availability.

Accounts And Data

• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in links, Google account, devices, and browser sessions secure.
• You should provide accurate chart information if you want accurate calculations.
• You can sign out at any time. Account data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
• VyomaVeda may suspend or limit access if an account or request pattern appears abusive, unsafe, unlawful, or technically harmful.

You keep ownership of the birth details, chat messages, feedback, and other content you submit. You give VyomaVeda permission to process that content to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the service, including by sending relevant content to configured model and infrastructure providers as described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable Use

• Do not submit another person's birth details, chat content, or personal information unless you have their permission.
• Do not use VyomaVeda for emergencies, crisis support, diagnosis, treatment, investment, legal, immigration, or safety decisions.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, scrape the service, overload the API, reverse engineer protected systems, or misuse model outputs.
• Do not use the service to generate unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or harmful content.

Payments And Access

Some features are free, and others are paid. The paid products are question packs for Ask Vyoma (and the conversational surfaces that share the same question balance) and one-time readings. Paid features are handled by a third-party payment processor; checkout and any applicable taxes are shown before you pay. Vyoma Membership is no longer offered to new customers; members who already have an active membership keep it under the terms they signed up with until it ends, and can cancel at any time from their account.

VyomaVeda may change, pause, or discontinue beta features, reading limits, model choices, subscriptions, or account access levels as the product develops.

Questions And Fair Use

Ask Vyoma, Between Us, and Karmic Inquiry draw on one shared balance of purchased question credits (one credit per question). Your personal Daily reading and NOW are free for any signed-in user with a chart. Vyoma Membership is no longer sold to new customers; for members who already have an active membership, Ask Vyoma and Karmic Inquiry remain unlimited under a fair-use policy, drawing on one combined monthly allowance, until that membership ends.

Fair use means:

• Membership covers personal use by one person: your own reflection and your own charts. It is not for sharing a single account across several people, or for answering questions on behalf of others as a service.
• Use Ask Vyoma at a natural, conversational pace. Automated, scripted, bulk, or programmatic access is not permitted, and neither is reselling or redistributing Vyoma's responses.
• To keep Membership sustainable and available to everyone, a limit may apply to the number of Ask Vyoma questions in a billing cycle. Any such limit is set generously for ordinary personal use and does not affect a normal conversational pace. We will tell you in the chat as you approach it.
• This fair-use policy does not limit any consumer rights you have under applicable law.

As you approach your monthly allowance, we will let you know in the chat. If you reach it, you can continue when the allowance refreshes at the start of your next billing cycle, or add more questions with a question pack.

Question packs:

• A question pack adds questions to your account balance, usable on Ask Vyoma or Karmic Inquiry (one credit per question). The price is shown at checkout.
• Purchased questions do not expire.
• If you are a member, your monthly fair-use allowance is always used first; purchased questions are drawn only after that allowance is used for the cycle.
• You do not need to be a member to buy or use a question pack.

If use falls outside this fair-use policy (for example automated access, account sharing, or resale), VyomaVeda may limit, throttle, or suspend access, consistent with the Accounts And Data and Acceptable Use sections above.

Intellectual Property

VyomaVeda owns the website, software, design, brand assets, prompts, product structure, non-user datasets, and service-generated system behavior. You may use your personal readings for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not copy, resell, publish as a competing service, or use generated output to misrepresent VyomaVeda or another person.

Disclaimers

VyomaVeda is provided as available. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free calculations, specific model behavior, data availability, compatibility with every device, or any particular life outcome. To the fullest extent allowed by law, VyomaVeda is not liable for decisions you make based on reflective readings or chat responses.
